Kids Winter Indoor Beach Party Ideas

Bring some sunshine into winter with these Indoor Beach Party Ideas.

Crafting a sandbox is a good way to bring the beach inside during cold weather.  Moms By Heart has a great tutorial for an indoor sandbox.  Be sure to throw a beach blanket or picnic table cover under the sandbox to catch any spillage.

Once the sandbox is made, fill it up with play sand, (you can purchase play sand at your local Home Depot or Lowes) or click the play sand link for more suggestions. Add personalized sandbox tools and a fun assortment of seashells for a treasure hunt.
