How to Paint a Sugar Skull TUTORIAL, by Paint Savvy!

Using Mehron white, a sponge and stippling method, 

cover face with opaque white.

Using Mehron Azur Blue and a number 6 flat brush, 

make two equal round circles and outline with purple

Using Wolfe Neon Pink, and a no. 6 round, make dots around the purple, and a heart shaped mouth.

Begin to Outline the eye with Wolfe black and a no. 3 round

Embelish with flowers, hearts and complete the mouth.

Colors used: wolfe neon yellow, green and wolfe teal blue

Add additional flair using teardrop shapes.

Complete with Pigtails and flowers!
