Frozen Party Activity, crafts wand!

In honor of one of the most popular movies of the season, we had to exploit some creative and fun ideas to build a Disneys Frozen themed party for Olivia's 6th birthday, (our companies youngest mascot)!

A twist from our most recent and popular Blog post, Harry Potter DIY Wand,
Here is a version of the wand that we made in honor of Frozen!

Supplies we used to build this wand:
Cardstock, newspaper, glue gun and 2 sticks of glue, elmers glue, sponge brush,
white Kilz stainblocker, either a pink or blue base coat (we used a wash) white and metallic white top coat, metallic silver for the finishing touches, and some jewels.

The image below left shows about half the wand washed with the base blue. we simply mixed a little water with the blue and wiped the wand making sure to get in the crevices
The image right shows just an idea of how to jewel or personalize your Frozen Wand

The wands when complete measure about 11-12 inches
They are a great size!

Again the full tutorial can be found here: wizard wand
These wands can be purchased!
$12 per piece
$150 for $15 or more

Here are a few other DIY ideas for your Frozen themed party!

Print out , cut and paste personalized drink bottles.
You can use milk as your paste. Milk and a paint brush works just as well as glue!
