1. If you think even maybe that you will not be able to attend an event you are scheduled for, inform us as soon as possible. Phone us first, then text, then email, and continue until you reach a Paint Savvy Team Member.
2. Regarding sickness:
If you think you are coming down with a cold, we expect you to see your event thru, or let us know with enough advanced notice to replace you.
If sickness onset is accompanied with a fever, or vomiting, we wouldn't want you to work. But again, we would need to know as soon as possible.

- Prompt: if you think you are running late, call us and then your contact if you cannot reach us.
- Prepared: clean and complete kit, well groomed, and have art in hand related to the event theme
- Positive: Introduce your self, practice customer friendliness, dont leave with out saying goodbye and asking if there is anything else you can do.
- Professional: no profanity, alcohol, texting or dissmissive behavior
Possible negative impacts on client relationships for not excersizing the 4 P's:
- Client will lose their trust in us.
- Client will in all likeliness not book us again.
- Lost revenue for both that event and all future events with that company.
