Your Fishing themed party will need appropriate decor!
We found several fun ideas that we would like to share with you.
Michelle took a basic blue balloon and used a sharpe, and a small white round cut out to create an eye, the green balloon is a 260, and can be purchased at any walmart, or party supply store in a pack of about 15-20 pieces in a variety of colors. With a blue string she hung her balloon decor.
This is a simple, cost effective and easy decoration!
Sometimes decor can double as a fishing party favor!
This is an adorable idea, little nets, goodies, personalized fish cut outs, all in a bucket of burlap!

Go fishing with this homemade magnet game.
We would have made a few minor improvements to this game, however we really adored the concept and so wanted to share with our readers!
Step 1: make a fish template,using construction paper, cut out a variety of fish, and use a magnet, for the eye
We found these 1 inch round colored magnets on amazon for .60c per piece: Magnum magnetics
This game will also need a small dry pool, or large container, bamboo sticks with string and a large paperclip on the end.
For the water effect, you can use tinsel, or easter basket filling.

Food fish craft activity for kids!
Games and crafts are always a plus at any party! Here are some adorable "bobbers" that make a great edible craft. What you will need:
Jumbo Marshmallows, lollipop sticks, white chocolate candy melts

We were not short on food ideas, there are so many creative fish party eats and treats! We had a hard time choosing!

This fish bowl makes a delightful punch dish.
Ingredients: lemonade, lemon and lime slices, swedish fish, ice and a few drops of blue food coloring and some blue straws.

Forgo a birthday cake for these adorable fishing party cupcakes!
Blue tinted buttercream icing, blue fine sanding sugar…or edible glitter both available at Sweet Creations Unlimited. Using a thin pretzel, stick a piece of trimmed fruit roll up the top of the pretzel to form the fishing rod, arrange a few Pepperage Farm fishie crackers for the final touch.
