How to go above and beyond in your service to earn extra kudos, and tips!

No one asks for the pickle on the side of their sandwich, it just comes, free for you to enjoy. Just an extra bonus!

Why is this important?
  • Going above and beyond for our clients makes them feel special and looked after.
  • The pickle treatment makes way for a nice potential gratuity for you!
  • It's the right thing to do.
How do we apply this to our service industry?
  • Professional and courteous introduction, addressing the client by name, and remembering the Birthday childs name!
  • Calling to inform your client that you are on your way and your anticpated arrival time.
  • Offering to help organize children or an area for your station.
  • Informing the client before leaving and asking if there is anything you can do.
  • Handing them your business card, and a few for their guests.
  • Thanking them for the opportunity to work with them and their child/ clients.
  • Offer to paint the Mom or Organizer (they love this)!
