- Calling to inform your client that you are on your way and your anticpated arrival time.
- Offering to help organize children or an area for your station.
- Informing the client before leaving and asking if there is anything you can do.
- Handing them your business card, and a few for their guests.
- Thanking them for the opportunity to work with them and their child/ clients.
