Are you Early or are you Late?
Bieng on time to hourly events is so critical in our industry. And you may not know this, but we guarantee punctual arrival or the client gets a money back promise.  We need to ensure that our clients come back for repeat business. With that stated, we need to ensure that we are timely to our contracted event!
Are you late?
  1. If you suspect you are going to be late for any reason, call Lisa, even if your tardiness may or may not actually happen. We are here to ensure your contact knows what to expect. Clients may not seem bothered but they will certainly raise a fuss with us post event!
  2. If you cannot reach Lisa, call your event contact. If you are late because you may be lost they can help you around the area.
  3. When you get to your event, locate your contact, make your apology short and direct, then  set up as quick as you can and get started.
  4. If the venue and client allows, stay late and complete your time. It's important that we do our very best to make up for our tardiness.
Are you Early?
  1. Excellent! Call or text Lisa and let her know. On occasion there are early bonus opportunities. Take advantage.
  2. If you are very early, wait it out in your car for a bit. If you are too early, you could be in the clients way.
  3. Do not start until the time on your agreement. You and Paint Savvy are only getting paid for the time on the agreement. Lets not give away free time.

As always, we want to thank you for all the wonderful work you do, and continue to do for Paint Savvy. Thanks and keep it up!

-Paint Savvy Team
